When I first began on Instagram I had absolutely no idea what I wanted to write in a caption… I would second guess myself, wonder if anyone would like what I wrote. The words felt almost stuck as if there was a lot of worry holding them back.

Gradually I started to let a bit more of me out in my words and I began to enjoy the process more…

The less I “tried” to do the right thing and be like anyone else, the easier it became.

Gradually, I realized that it isn’t my job to please everyone with what I write… My job is to write with love for those people that the words might happen to reach...

For the people that are in tune with me, who are like minded souls, like you.

I started to relax about it. Finally I could just be me and that is all I need to do.

If you write about something you feel and you are writing with the reader in mind, it creates a wonderful feeling of love inside you…

Writing with no attachment to whether it is good or not, just to feel that flow feeling...

Today I woke early and I’ve started my day in this flow of love that I feel as I write to you now.

It feels like a good way to begin.

I believe that every one of us has words inside, waiting for the chance to spill out, connect, impact and float out into the world.
