Celebrating my birthday this weekend... Looking back at the past year, it was a year of restructuring, a year of reimagining... After my business taking off in such a big way the last 4 years, I decided to take a step back this year and think deeply about it.

Where do I want my business to go?

What do I want my life to look like?

I realized that I wanted to reorganize my business so that I can now move forward in an even bigger way, serve even more and do more of what lights me up.

Business and life, to me, moves in waves...

Sometimes we are in an expansive time and sometimes we are in a building stage, getting ready for the next expansive time. This year was definitely the latter of the two.

Now I'm ready. Ready to see what unfolds, what creative ideas and direction I will go in next. It feels like the energy is building and I'm full of anticipation.

Maybe you are now in a time of expansion in your life and that's so exciting. Enjoy the ride!

Maybe you are in one of those times where it's about hunkering down and setting the stage, doing the hard yards, getting ready for the times ahead. That's all part of it, so don't be discouraged if you are not in an expansive time right now, it is coming my lovely, there is no doubt about that.

It's just the natural rhythm of life...  So take a breath and know that you are in the place you need to be right now, preparing the ground for fabulous things awaiting you in your life ahead...
