I'm sure you know how it feels when you have something bothering you and you just can't seem to shift into a more positive frame of mind?

We all have times like that because we are all dealing with other people and situations in our lives that we don't have any control over.

Over the years I have gathered a toolbox of strategies I use when I want to shift myself out of negative thinking.

Of course I'm not saying to not feel those feelings, we need to honour them, but when negative thoughts and worry takes over and comes into multiple days, or months even, our minds can begin to effect our productivity, health and the joy we have in our precious days.
